Terms & Conditions
- Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
- Blackwood Music Academy or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
- Blackwood Music Academy reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
- You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at k-blackwood@sky.com/07539 104230.
- You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.
- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
- You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class. Individual lessons can be conducted over zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp.
- We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
- Any missed lessons can potentially be rescheduled within 7 days of the missed lessons if another slot becomes available and at least 24 hours notice has been given of the cancellation.
- Payments during school holidays are due as normal and any missed individual lessons can be rescheduled within 7 days if there is an open space available. No guarantees will be made. There will be no refunds for group or individual lessons.
- If there are any sessions missed due to typical bad weather, Blackwood Music Academy will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
-4 weeks notice is due on any cancellations. Notice should be given by email at k-blackwood@sky.com
